We're supposed to live here!

OK, Andrew loves to look through foreclosed houses.  I mean he LOVES it.  For four months we went looking at different properties that were great deals.   Most were great deals, they were just scary great deals.   Scary as in you need to run from your car to the front door when you get home.  We were definitely looking at CHEAP houses.  Our realtor told us for Andrew he got the new listings everyday and went straight to the bottom.  So we went and looked and I said no, and we looked some more, and I said no, and then....   I met Andrew in the driveway of this simple bungalow style house that obviously needed some work.  Not the best neighborhood, not the worst - but a neighborhood that I'd said I'd never live in.  We went in the house (I've always loved bungalows).  Hmmm, this house was kind of nice.  We went into the small apartment in the back yard.   Hmmm, cute little apartment.  We walked around the back yard.  And it hit me.  We were supposed to live here.  Really.  I looked at Andrew and said, "I think we're supposed to live here."  and he said, "Yeah, I know."  So we bought a 1948 simple bungalow style house for dirt cheap in a neighborhood I said I wouldn't live in and I'm excited about moving in.  Without further ado.....

Poison Ivy anyone???  It was hanging all over the eaves.

Now the major work begins!
